👋 Hey, I’m Adam Welcome to my little corner of the internet. I’m the founder of The SEND Life HEY, and I’m genuinely proud you’re here 🧡


I was diagnosed with Autism at age 12, but deep down, I always knew I experienced the world differently. Even something as small as refusing broken biscuits mattered to me — because they were broken, and I felt that deeply. That tiny detail said everything: I noticed what others missed, I carried emotions intensely, and I often struggled to make sense of a world that didn’t always make space for me.


Growing up wasn’t easy. Being young is tough enough, but adding Autism into the mix felt like carrying extra weight while the world expected me to sprint. There were moments of frustration, moments of loneliness, and moments where I wondered if I truly belonged. But I kept going.


And here’s the truth: I wouldn’t be where I am today without the love and support of my friends and family. They’ve been my anchor ⚓ when I felt adrift, my cheerleaders 🎉 when I doubted myself, and my safe space 💛 when the world felt overwhelming.


Their belief in me gave me the courage to believe in myself. And now, through The SEND Life HEY, I want to pass that courage on — to amplify voices, celebrate differences, and build a stronger SEND community filled with pride, joy, and radical inclusion 🌈✨

🧡 Now, I use my lived experience to build something bigger — something joyful, unapologetic, and proudly SEND‑led.

What began as a personal journey has grown into a vibrant community, a creative force, and a celebration of difference.
